We respectfully remind you that a confirmed booking is a legally binding contract.

Please read your confirmation letter/email carefully and contact us at your earliest convenience should there be any errors.

Smoking is not permitted inside the Cottage.

Sorry, we are unable to accept any pets.

The Cottage is not suitable for children under the age of 6 yrs.

Payment methods

Payment can be made by: cheque, UK traveller’s cheque, cash (UK sterling), bank transfer debit and credit cards. Please note there is a 3% surcharge on all credit card payments.

Deposits

A deposit of £150 is required for each week booked.

Please send your deposit within five days to secure your booking.

Deposits can be made by cheque (made payable to "V. M. Robinson")

Your booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been received (we accept no responsibility for payments lost in post). If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, we will refund your monies in line with our cancellation policy.

Payment Balance

The balance to be paid in full one calendar month before arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

• Failure to cancel or no show: Full cost of booking
• Cancellation: Loss of deposit
• In addition to the loss of your deposit if a confirmed reservation is cancelled and we are unable to re-let the room, you will be liable to pay the full cost of your booking
• In the event of early departure you will be liable to pay for the full time booked

Holiday Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance
